Washington state voters have legalized the use of marijuana for adults
and now comes the problem of marketing and taxing. I think we need
to have an open growing market controlled by the state.
All marijuana grown in Washington state will be sold to the state.
The state should be required to test the potentcy and label it on state
tamper proof packages.
Anyone should be allowed to grow up to 25 plants for personal use and
they will be allowed to sell it to the state.
Larger grow operations will be licensed and controlled properly.
It should be sold by any company allowed to sell tobacco products
and Washington state will distribute and tax it.
Washington state should open a web site so they can sell it on-line
to adults in the state. The state can also sell grow supplies from
the state run website.
The voters have spoken now it is time for the state to act. The plans
they have now are based on control and greed. My plan provides the
state with more money in taxes and sales while also opening the door
for everyone to earn money plus provides people with a better and
cheaper product that is easier for adults to buy. The legal personal
use is what voters want but the state is too greedy to allow it and
it will cost the people and the state money if the control is too tight.
This plan will also open legal doors for Washigton state to work with
Mexico in legal sales to the state and sold by the state.
The income will be larger for the state and the people will be happier.
